- 17:36trained right now to come online for the school year beginning um 37 total pool parties have taken place we know we love those the fee for both lifeguards and open roomm needs to be reviewed for the upcoming school year um District website needs to be
- 17:54updated with pool info QR code and PayPal info so we're trying to make it right now what happens is when you come to swim you pay 150 for students and $2 for parents 150 it's pretty specific so you have to have change so they finally went into one of the the office rooms and by the pool and they found a box full of money and all this change so they're trying to make it so that now instead of having cash parents can just use a QR code and pay with PayPal and It Go directly into our account so they don't have to handle money anymore.
- 18:27um courtesy cards given the seniors in discounts um they wanted to know who receives that and who gets it and how do they get it so we're going to figure that out and find out um cuz I guess we have more seniors that want to swim which is great love having seniors in the building.
- 18:42Personnel uh the maintenance department is currently fully staff which is amazing uh the summer they will continue to work on the cgcc workforce summer youth program so typically they get about five to seven students for the uh for the summer that help do projects around the building and they look forward to it um and they learn and they they the maintenance takes them on and put shows them everything that there is to know so we get a good amount of it's almost like a seating program actually so which is great.
- 19:10um Tyler during along with the love I love you guys foundations our conference the district will adopt the SRP for Ned on 94 of this year building updates uh there's a roof leak at on the 97 ring of MC Smith that's currently being worked on water meters have been purchased and will be replaced in July boiler repairs have been completed with new section boilers two still have leaks which they're working on MDS is out of contract in June and new rfps will go out for the next year.
- 19:45Chiller pump one has sent sent out the uh rebuild and install Chiller pump two is out for rebuild so when they built those when they put those buildings together and they brought the new building in for um kindergarten there's like a chiller that takes place cuz the building gets so hot so they put a chiller in that's constantly running so the problem is that it's constantly running is that it it'll eventually break down so we have two so one breaks down and they bring in the other one to supplement and they send the other one out for repair so that's what happened and that's at MC Smith School.
- 20:14in the junior high the elevator motherboard fried it is being repaired and it will take approximately 3 weeks the cost for repaired is $3,000 so any students right now that have difficulties um with the stairs the good news is MC Smith has a lot of ramps so they're either being pushed in a wheelchair with with AIDS or they're staying downstairs and getting assistance with their education that way but what I'm told is everybody just taking the ramp and taking it slow whoever needs uh the support anyway.
- 20:44uh cameras have been added to the stairwells no issues with havac and destruction of all bathrooms uh they will be repainted and Memorial Day Break we will encourage them to keep the bathroom doors locked as it is helped tremendously in the high school so there was a lot of destru Destruction um into the um the high school bathrooms we don't know why but um they've been doing that and so they've decided to do what the high school does which is lock the doors and have keys they're coming in already okay.
- 21:20s High School bathroom doors will be added to four restrooms they remain locked throughout the day Chiller motor was repaired and under warranty pump for ice Bank was rebuilt in the tech in junior high sensors were purchased to collect data to flow rates in the junior high and Tech Wing bullets have been okay they're firing up for the summer arm sessions EV car chargers installed new gas pump has been ordered and will be installed on Memorial Day Weekend.
- 21:51they've added 14 new cameras to high traffic areas in front of the Junior and Senior High School which will help uh greatly with um safety the new software Surfers have been installed Tyler had a two-day uh walk through with the day automation to review every camera and location within the district there is a quote will be in uh there is a quote sorry there is a quote we will be waiting on that will be paid through to the smart schools Grant.

- 22:52um halfback projects all 20 units are installed electrician punch lists have been completed the mechanical punch list is scheduled for 523.
- 23:02I forgot to add with the pools they plan on having um instead of doing written punchings they're going to have them come online with badges so that we can um have everybody know who's in the building without having to go to console the sheet but you can just see them from the the computers right taba that's how that works.
- 23:21summer cleaning we'll be working on the building principles to come up with their rooms for use in the summer any room that's going to be use won't be be cleaned as thoroughly as rooms that are going to be closed all year. we are on schedule for new furniture in the Junior and Senior High School cafeteria and MC Smith will be taking what will be removed that's exciting.
- 23:45radio update Junior High received 10 radios High School MC Smith 10 10 on order and are expected to arrive in the fall the new repeater is working great and we are now waiting on a new FCC license so can you you remember how he he broke that out how he said that worked the repeater the repeater yeah so um before our radios were on one frequency so we had a lot of radio noise right so Elementary is calling and and if you talk over each other you can't he that's so we got a new repeater that allows there multip channels so Elementary has a Channel middle school has a channel and high school has their own channel the talk on the radio should only be
- 24:30happening in that building but because we bought our repeat they have a license for it we're waiting for our license to be coming but um we are borrowing the the repeater the people on the repeater license um phone update original to the building in 1969 that's how old the phone systems were here we're moving to V voice over IP and cloud-based woo welcome to the 21st century um they still have to pick a a program so it could be Verizon it could be Comcast it could be any one of the the uh any one of the people that came in and gave us a show do you know if we picked one yet you know which
