1. 5:43Yes. All right. Um, thank you all for being here. Uh, I'd like to call the meeting to order at 50:01 p.m. and invite everybody to join in the pledge of allegiance.

Thank you to business office for um, looking into some of the issues we saw in the um, budget expense report. There are some transfers on here which should uh get the budget status report back to where it needs to be and give us the information we need to feel comfortable adopting 2526 budget. Anybody else have any other questions, comments?

13. 8:07Um so uh in that light uh important meeting dates voter registration day is today um from 4 to 8:00 p.m. in the high school library. Uh there is a facilities committee community capital project energy performance contract and proposed 2526 budget presentation on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025 at 5:00 PM in the high school cafeteria.
14. 8:31There is a community proposed 2526 budget presentation Monday, May 5th at 5:00 pm in the Hudson area library in the community room. Uh there is a policy committee meeting Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm in the high school library. Uh a special board of education meeting Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 at 6 p.m. A budget hearing in the high school auditorium.
15. 8:54a community proposed 2526 budget presentation Monday, May 12th at 5:00 pm at the AB Shaw Firehouse. Uh facilities committee community capital project any performance contract and proposed 2526 budget presentation. Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
16. 9:16Uh policy committee meeting uh Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 uh at 7 p.m. in the high school library. and special board of education meeting Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 8:00 PM in the high school library uh for the annual budget vote and board member election.
