We're continuing the their existing project management work and this is not to exceed $10,000. all fees from them is for uh expense and um essentially just expenses and um time and expense and they uh need prior approval before working with them. I'll tell you, the last two years we last year we worked with them, they've been terrific. Um, and they've uh we still have a balance with them from the last budget. So, you know, they're not taking it right up to the uh the last penny.
- 2:55So, I'm and the board is very happy to recommend that we continue working with them and pass this resolution. Um objection. Um I did two out of order.
