  3. 2:12comments on the proposed budget and assessment. Uh if you wish, please state your name and address for the record. And remember, this is a hearing, not a question and answer period. Uh, anyone in the public? >> Yeah, Lloyd, Lloyd, Olden, Kenny, how are you doing, sir? Anyone? No questions. I just want to thank the common council and and the BEA particularly for their their studious and steadfast dedication and work in putting the budget together and working through all the all the you know the troubles and travails and getting $3 million chiseled away at so that you know we it it gets to be something somewhat that maybe is within the range of being affordable. Well, thank thank you, Mr. Ketting. Uh, this wasn't done by the BEA, by the way. This budget was, I think, put together by Gary Pernhagen,
  4. 3:17>> public works board. >> Thank you to the public works board particularly, too. But I know what it's been like to get a budget together here. And you're all doing work. Just want to voice my support for Car's chairmanship of the board and moving to get this money allocated statutory obligation to continue sidewalk improvement district and just want to voice my support.
