  20. 21:14discussed as a board and I think like a student data. I think from the TSI list, but also from the perspective, and re redefining what the definition of we're not just talking about, you know, an opportunity to really like look at Um, and really look at that. Um, so propose not a monthly committee because committee, but I think something that like bid, you know, check I think could elevate and celebrate and sort of success in our district. Um I don't know besides me just saying it, >> I think over the summertime Todd will be into next month, but in the month and a you'll have ample time to do exactly
  21. 22:21magic of it is we we wanted to do are progressing. It's really hard to do business. And when you have a small staff members who are trying to execute then just like facilities and audit, board level um of some really trying to understand all the you're right. All you do is you would >> Yeah. It's in >> Okay. Uh so the first one is uh policy to adopt the second reading of policy
  30. 32:12school year. >> All in favor? >> Um about attendance, which we talked about adopting this now because it's required needs to go through the attendance revamp holistically so it matches the like moving the needle on attendance. placeholder, but we know that that is policy. We sent it off to the attendance at the end of the year when I don't at it. So, we need to like revisit that >> Right. And this was the one where the Francis gets a chance to uh review it as Um, so make a motion to adopt policy year. >> All in favor? Code of conduct. M got any notes for us?
  31. 33:16>> Code of conduct went through one since through one more round of staff feedback conduct subcommittee through a round of legal feedback. So be consistent on using red versus yellow to make it extra obvious here is everything that was new in the last Anything that's added um is new. It of strengthened the clarity of when, used. We got rid of some ambiguity that you could use a level one response um like updated legal language around language and stuff that came from the changes that were made are more about changes in content.
  32. 34:21um and work that still needs to be done like go up in board docs that's just colorcoded prettier version which can can be you know in other spaces. Um and was to make kind of a student facing this based content. Um Cheryl and I are to talk a little bit about some of the her perspective and her new role as instruction and technology who will be administrator some with this um and then summer uh that you can meet with the around for the summer and kind of hear this. It's a pretty dramatic difference so and there's a document of are what we're going to need to sort of idea of having an implementation
  33. 35:27like keep tabs on such a big revamp and there things that we need to further year? >> Awesome. Thank you for all the hard work comments? Okay. Well, yeah. Um, it's a small in the
  39. 58:30small thing uh because all the rest of there. The other thing we want to ensure names and we ensure that it's just someone is out on leave or is no longer have to go in and change the plan each those things need to happen already. Cool. 41. 1:00:41so much. Um disclosure of wrongful last time. a new policy um that was around policies to exactly that. And 530.65 better names for those. But um those are realized that the code of conduct was 26 pages worth of stuff that related to into the code of conduct is visitors to property, right? But there are also many talk about staff conduct in general, so we pulled out visitors to schools and their own policies so that the code of which is a student code of conduct. Um, them from what has been in there in the own separate policies now.

So they don't have to get on the >> Can can I ask a question about this? >> So we just amended the code of conduct >> These were parts of the code of conduct separate from the code of conduct parts of the code of conduct that feel cohesiveness of the rest of the anything? >> File to cover these now. So approve those tonight then. >> Any objections to approving these on a >> There's no changes to what was in them >> And the only thing that might change in
  44. 1:03:59itself. will no longer be 53. a section of so we're just going to have >> Cool. Um visitors to the schools on a first >> Second. Um and make a motion uh to adopt policy public conduct on school property on a >> Second. Um new business. Um I know part of the issue it seems like we've found a another they uh decided on? Um I don't know other space they can use. Um but this is
  48. 1:08:29the rental fees. it's not going to cost us anything extra with that. I think given our like budget we if we are going to have to cover the on or if there's like any additional position right now budgetarily to wave in over something going on here. There's that's just my question is is is the fee fee what covers us from having to spend sure we're not >> if we wave this fee are we waving for an argument >> the policy says no waivers >> yeah I mean booster club or don't know has a determination made for
  49. 1:09:34>> Group two, it looks like charged for regular meetings. 50. 1:10:41agencies. Kuanas, Rotary Garden Club, they are districts. this category of like category four is Category three is we just need to make >> Is how I >> I agree with that. may and category four uses the >> which makes this even writer of their own to >> I just think we need to be sure that internally would intern charge them for those fees in this Okay. Uh, well,
  51. 1:11:50>> I just want to point out that this is a few months to get permission to use. they've been waiting patiently to hear using the facility to practice with our We should keep that in mind two or three months after they pass, place because it was taking so long. >> Well, I guess I I don't know what the policy spells out how groups are So, I don't know. I mean, it sounds like that we're not permitted to give is what Are they still asking? last month. >> They're not asking to use the space.
  52. 1:12:53>> Yeah. >> Um since uh November of 2025. involved will be getting paid a stipen performance of it for free for the addition to performing at winter walk. >> So um the paperwork? I guess the question is, is there it just adhering to the policy, which is charged is if we would uh if they would appears here, it doesn't seem like they It says all of their rehearsals will
  53. 1:14:13So there'll be people here, there'll be There shouldn't be any additional costs >> I mean, the category 3 schedule's in in >> 1500. If it's a category 3, wouldn't they have requirement? >> Does it have that? make them an affiliated organization. category. They would theater. I just don't think we're in a organizations and like feed the space

Um, businesses to support our students and see uh, businesses from our community ways like this. So, if you know of any there, get fitted for a pair of a running program. >> Uh, I believe he does. There you go. uh nodding your head. So, um
  56. 1:17:39Uh brings it to public forum. Leslie, >> Nobody signed up? >> Joseph. You know everybody Joe I think somebody in the audience might >> Oh, that's awesome.
