  1. 0:02is that u these are comments from the public not a discussion with the board. Um each uh uh commenter will be given three minutes to make comments. Um and it's an essential and important part of the uh planning board process. You may be familiar with other boards and commissions where we have public comments in each meeting. uh for us because the application process is prolonged sometimes a year and a half two years it would be inappropriate to have public comments mid-stream. So the public hearing is the final piece of the process that an applicant goes through uh in the approval process. So it's a it's an important aspect of the process. It it also gives us the perspective of lived experience uh information that we may not have available to us except through your comments.   4. 3:10>> I'm Jennifer Belton. I am a representative for the board where this building is um on the common council and I just wanted to come here and say that I support this very much. It's a building that is stood derelict for a very long time and they're still paying for it as as community members. um uh they have agreed to do all of the required um remediation and they are not as they said um going to do any other u site manipulation. So I'm super excited about this frankly um I think it's something that our community needs and I'm happy to support them. >> Thank you. Who's next? Sure. Alan Weaver, fourth board.
