Um so, I reached out to Sarah and talked to her a little bit during her time. She doesn't remember them doing any title searches. She thought it in the past they may have done title searches. So, what she kind of suggested, because my emails I used the same email Sarah did, but not the person before that, which was uh Brenda. So, that's a separate email inbox. Um
33. 2:03So, I'm going to figure out as that person was a former ACBA administrator, do we legally have access to that inbox and the uh how we would do that if that's possible. Cuz Sarah was saying, you know, it may be possible that something just in that inbox. Um I don't know how often those things automatically delete, either. Um Well, the problem is that What's that?

You know what I mean? Cuz we're we don't have access to virtual records to the you know, um So, I'm not really sure how I should go about that search. Um they approved their budget, um which I'm not going to have us, you know, approve tonight or approve our own budget just because it's not posted material or or circulated, but it's significant because our CD matures um on the 15th of September, which will be before our next meeting. Um so we need to take out and renew if we want to add a certain amount. Um can I let me pull that up?
50. 5:08So this is a whole budget. Like I said, you guys will have more time to review this um for the next meeting when we're actually going over our budget. Um right now the CD has $90,000 in it um and the HTF account has $10,000 in it. Um the two main expenses for the rest of the year are going to be in Q3 and Q4 salary reimbursements um for the justice director's salary that she has here will be at about uh 69 105. So the question is um
51. 5:41we have 10,000 in now. How much do we take out and how much do we uh you know, renew it we so choose for another 5-month CD. Um, Michelle, what was the number you guys developed on to leave in 15? Uh So, that would be taking out 75, right?

72. 7:18The last thing, uh the RFP process, there's no action to be taken right now. The um questions are due by September 1st. We did have people out there looking at the property. Um we have received one question and from the last meeting and talking to Chris, what we'll do is for all the questions, we'll get we'll provide answers and provide that document to everyone. So, even if you didn't ask a certain question, you still get that information. Just so everyone gets the same objective information. Um So, that's all the updates I have on that RFP process. There's There's no,

You know, if you want to designate specific people for that. We could handle it as part of, you know, our business on whatever our September meeting is.

134. 12:15Well, just an update on the disposition of a attached to uh remove the property that's on our 238. DPW, I got some no trespassing signs and DPW did put them up. Uh at the time, there uh it's uh two two vehicles, a parked car, and a bunch of garbage on it. I did go to see the signs signage were there and I did have a conversation with the uh owner of the property. Um wasn't a pleasant one. Uh and uh there is there was a sign uh private property, no no trespassing, no parking, private land, which he put
135. 13:12on our property. So that's still there and our signs are still there. And he's still there's still a truck and a truck with garbage there. He I did have a conversation with him when I was there almost a month ago that they got 5 days to move it otherwise going to be towed. Um and they're still there. So Rob said if we can get the property I mean if we get the vehicles off he has no problem putting the snow fence up. Put a barrier there.
136. 13:47Uh the police department will if we need to facilitate if we have tow truck come in which uh could be there uh to remove the the property. He did you know there's a bunch of stuff [clears throat] about squatter's rights and things like that. Nothing that's spurred into the the law. But uh I I think at this point we liability everything and I think we probably should just you know remove it fence it off and and and see. We can do we don't know if we're allowed to do that but I'll leave it up to you guys and your thoughts on it. So

Um it's roped off in the front. Um the only thing that he kept saying is a survey. Um there's no survey of our property and he had a key. He feels that
139. 15:13some of our property is his so but that's something you know down the line that can be worked out but I think where he's the property and is is definitely our property right Well, we know you you you seen it.
140. 15:27Yeah. Yeah, it's just uh sad. I mean, they're straight, small, skinny parcels. You can tell which houses are, you know, a double parcel and which ones are single and and according, you know, the county map and everything like that.

I mean it's just a visual barrier but right now it just prevents you know you know other others than them to do the same thing.

So, I really don't really know too much to the fact about having properties, but I've been watching what ACDPA does, Albany, and um the mayor's on that board. I know that you was talking to that mayor. Yeah, yeah, I was wondering

And um I could see more like the good old boys and what they have to do with their hands and that's what I'm not going to go there.
